We kindly ask for 24-hours notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments.



Failure to notify for canceling/rescheduling 24 hours ahead will forfeit a portion of your prepayment or a charge of 50% of your service will be posted to your card on file. When our guests no-show, our stylists miss an opportunity to book someone else in their place, and therefore do not get paid. You MUST contact us directly by text, by responding to our confirmation texts, or calling 603-343-1762 or your card may be charged. Thank you for your understanding and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us directly.

NO SHOW POLICY

When our clients miss an appointment or fail to let us know they can’t make it, our stylists miss the opportunity to book someone in that spot from our waiting list. Our stylists work for commissions, so this means they don’t get paid. We will now be asking for a 50% deposit for all appointments made by guests who fail to reschedule or cancel their appts ahead of time for which results in a no show.

We appreciate your understanding as this is our career, our livelihood, and our passion. We want to be able to share our availability with our guests and stay on time for appointments.

If you have canceled an appointment within our policy guidelines and would like a refund for deposits, YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY BY PHONE OR EMAIL to receive your refund. Deposits are credited to your account and are NOT automatically refunded. Deposits DO roll over into any rescheduled appointment.
